For Sale | Classifieds / 2002 Moto Guzzi v11 Sport Scura for sale - SF Bay Area
« Last post by scura600 on May 19, 2019, 06:02:32 PM »
One of the more rare, upgraded versions of the v11 Sport. 1064cc, flat black with Ohlins suspension, steering damper, Brembo brakes, carbon fiber details. Looks nice! #600 of 700 made. 14,280 miles. Tipped over once at zero mph (scratches on faring, cylinder head cover - cosmetic only). Garaged most of its life, covered last few years. Looks good as is, needs a bit cosmetic work that I don't have time for (moving soon) and would be excellent. (Some paint oxidation on tail piece behind seat, the scratches mentioned, etc.) Runs well. Fuel injection, 6-speed. Fun to ride! $3650 or best offer. Text 415-279-6935.

Never ridden mine off the pavement for more than a minute or two. Impressive. This bike handles this type of terrain better than I thought.

Just bought one 2 weeks ago and haven't rode to much,as soon as weather gets a little warmer i'll ride the hell out of it. I can tell you this, it is a smooth powerful ride but need to lower it at least 2 inches if I  can,I contacted dealer to see if there's some sort of lowering kit for it. If anyone out there has any input on how to lower ,please chime in. I did notice the audio controls with that joy stick is real finicky,is yours the same? I'll post more info as I ride some more.

Just bought a 2014 Stelvio and took is on gravel for the very first time. It's a heavy bike. Here's the video:

I took mine on gravel yesterday for the first time and it was a bit of a handful. Nothing I can't get used to but it's a pretty heavy bike. Here's the video:

So Gonzo, as a new owner of an El Dorado, I am curious if you ever found a satisfactory solution to your suspension issues...

Just saw your post here, after joining today.  I see you never got a response...there doesnít appear to be a lot of traffic on this forum...but, just curious how you wound up handling the leak issue...did you have to take the engine out of the frame?  I just closed a deal on buying my first MG yesterday...a new 2016 El Dorado.  The dealer is happy to move it, so got it at a good price.  I was glad to read you had so many miles on yours...Hoping my is all I am thinking it will be.
